Who we are and how to contact us

HustlIQ is operated by Yousef Yasser Yousef Mohamed, an individual based in Egypt, publicly known as Francium. This policy covers the HustlIQ app, its supporting services, and these app information pages. Contact support@hustleiq.ai for support or privacy questions.

Information you provide

We process the account information you provide, such as your email address, username, sign-in information, and profile preferences. When you use business planning, progress, or Consultant features, we process your business description, goals, offers, customer or prospect information, budget or revenue information if entered, questions, conversations, task progress, and the resulting AI outputs. We also process communications and privacy requests you send us. You do not need to send us identity documents or payment-card credentials.

Information about other people

Your business inputs may contain information about customers, prospects, or other people. Provide only information you are authorized to share and that is necessary for the feature. Prefer aggregate or redacted information. Do not submit passwords, API secrets, payment-card credentials, unnecessary government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

AI processing

HustlIQ uses third-party AI infrastructure to provide requested AI features. OpenRouter currently acts as the AI gateway where applicable, and upstream model providers process the information needed to generate results. Requested research features can also send relevant search terms or public-page requests to research services such as Tavily or Firecrawl. We aim to send only the information needed for the request. Before using the affected AI features, you review an AI-processing notice and record your acknowledgement. Declining prevents that AI request; account, support, and privacy functions remain available. HustlIQ does not intentionally use customer evidence to train HustlIQ models. Provider processing is also subject to their terms and practices; we do not promise that every provider has zero retention or no logging.

Files and screenshots

Where a feature offers file or screenshot submission, you select the item to share; this is not permission to browse your entire photo library. We use submitted items for the feature you requested and may send relevant content to AI providers where needed and disclosed. They are not used for advertising or intentionally used to train HustlIQ models. Files fall under the retention and deletion rules below. Features without an upload option do not collect files through that feature.

Necessary service records

We use authentication and session records, app/account identifiers, purchase and entitlement records, credit transactions, request status, and limited security and troubleshooting records to operate and protect the service. Some infrastructure also processes connection information such as IP addresses and request times. These necessary records are separate from optional product analytics. Local storage supports sign-in, preferences, and unfinished onboarding. Push-notification tokens are used where notifications are enabled.

Optional analytics and diagnostics

Product analytics is optional and starts disabled until your choice is applied. It uses Firebase Analytics for predefined usage events and permitted attributes, such as feature use or purchase completion. App-owned analytics events exclude business text, AI prompts, Consultant messages, email addresses, and secrets. Optional diagnostics has a separate control for Firebase Crashlytics and Performance reports, such as crashes, device/app state, and performance measurements. These services can process installation or device identifiers and technical information. You can change optional choices in Privacy & Data. Authentication, security, and store billing continue to work independently of optional analytics. These app information pages do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or marketing cookies.

Purchases and payments

Apple handles payment for Apple In-App Purchases. HustlIQ and RevenueCat receive purchase, subscription, transaction, entitlement, and credit information needed to provide access, restore purchases, and reconcile store events. HustlIQ does not receive the raw payment-card details used for Apple purchases. Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's privacy information.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, notifications, optional analytics and diagnostics, billing, AI processing, and requested research. These include Firebase/Google, RevenueCat, Apple, OpenRouter and the serving AI providers, and relevant research services. Resend processes your email address and password-reset message, including the temporary reset code, to deliver transactional recovery email. Our support mailbox uses Zoho. Providers may process information outside your country; we do not promise a particular processing region. We may also disclose information where necessary to meet legal obligations, protect safety or security, or resolve a dispute, subject to applicable law.

Age and guardian permission

HustlIQ is intended for people aged 13 or older. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We record an age band and a permission confirmation; we do not perform government-ID verification or collect a guardian email for this confirmation. An App Store content rating does not establish every legal, payment, or AI-provider permission. Provider and local rules may affect availability of particular capabilities. We do not claim that OpenRouter has approved all downstream minor use.

Human access

Yousef/Francium may manually review submitted evidence for explicitly accepted beta participants and the disclosed beta purpose. Routine founder review ends when the beta review period ends. A continuing founding discount does not continue that review. Routine browsing of private production evidence is not part of the normal service. Limited access may be necessary to handle a requested support issue, investigate security problems, meet legal duties, or resolve a dispute.

Retention

We keep information for the purpose it was collected and the time needed to provide the service, handle requests, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Local onboarding drafts expire after 30 days of inactivity. Consultant messages have a 90-day maximum target. We retain saved plans and analyses while needed for the service unless you delete them or your account. Temporary processing copies are different from saved user history. Operational cleanup targets vary by record type; they are not a promise that every processor or backup completes deletion at the same time. Minimal transaction, fraud, dispute, tax, legal, and replay-prevention records may remain as necessary. Closed privacy-request receipts have a 12-month retention target. Contact us for information about a specific record or request.

Deleting your account

Start account deletion in the app using Profile → Delete Account. Deletion removes the account and associated first-party content through the deletion workflow. Necessary minimized transaction, security, legal, and deletion records may remain. Processor deletion and backup expiry may take additional time; we do not promise immediate universal erasure. Deleting a HustlIQ account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage your Apple subscription separately. Contact support@hustleiq.ai if deletion encounters a problem.

Your choices and requests

Use Privacy & Data to change optional analytics and diagnostics choices, review AI processing, or request access, correction, export, or deletion status. You can also write to support@hustleiq.ai. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or complaint to a competent authority. We may ask for proportionate account verification when needed to protect your information. Do not send passwords, reset codes, identity documents, or unnecessary customer records with a request.

Security and changes

We use safeguards such as access controls, protected authentication, and encrypted transport, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We update this policy when our practices change and identify the effective date and last update. Material changes receive appropriate notice, and required AI acknowledgements are versioned separately from optional analytics choices.
