HustlIQ is operated by Yousef Yasser Yousef Mohamed, an individual based in Egypt, publicly known as Francium. HustlIQ provides AI-assisted business planning, conversations, and execution support through the features available in the app. Contact support@hustleiq.ai for account, service, or billing questions.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use HustlIQ. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Give accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. Our permission confirmation is not government-ID verification. Applicable laws and store or provider terms may affect particular capabilities or purchases.
AI-assisted information
HustlIQ uses AI, which can make mistakes or produce incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable information. Review outputs and independently verify important facts before acting. Outputs are assistance, not professional legal, tax, medical, investment, or financial advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and external actions. HustlIQ does not guarantee customers, revenue, product-market fit, business success, or accuracy.
Your content and permission to process it
You retain the rights you have in your content. You give HustlIQ only the permission needed to store, process, analyze, transmit to necessary service providers, and use that content to provide your requested features and generate outputs. This does not grant a general marketing or model-training license. HustlIQ does not intentionally use customer evidence to train HustlIQ models. The Privacy Policy explains processing and choices.
Files, other people's information, and acceptable use
Only submit content you have the right to provide, including screenshots, documents, customer information, and information about prospects or other people. Do not intentionally submit passwords, API secrets, payment-card credentials, unnecessary government IDs, illegal content, or information you have no right to share. Do not misuse the service, introduce malware, evade access controls, impersonate others, or unlawfully interfere with the service or others' rights.
Subscriptions and store billing
Available Pro and Elite subscriptions use monthly or annual billing as shown at purchase. The store displays the actual price, currency, interval, trial eligibility if any, renewal terms, and purchase confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the store's displayed rules. Apple handles Apple In-App Purchase charges. Use Manage Apple subscription to change or cancel an Apple subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app's purchase screen to restore eligible purchases. A store purchase may take time to synchronize with HustlIQ; the app shows a pending state until server access is confirmed.
Generation allowances and credits
Paid generation allowances follow calendar-month boundaries, including for annual subscriptions; this is separate from the subscription's billing interval. Month-end anchors adjust for shorter months. The app displays your plan's current allowance and credit balance. Credits can be used for supported features at the costs shown before the action. Credit packs are separate from subscriptions. These Terms do not introduce a new credit-expiration period. Existing valid access, credits, and historical purchase rights are preserved.
Founding offer and beta review
Eligible accepted users in the first-10 founding offer retain the promised 40%-for-life discount on eligible Pro or Elite monthly or annual subscriptions. It continues after beta, cancellation and rejoining, and switching between those eligible plans. Credit packs are excluded; promotions do not stack unless an existing published promise provides otherwise. No additional unpublished restriction is applied retrospectively. Routine founder manual review is limited to accepted beta participation and ends when the beta review period ends, independently of the continuing discount.
Apple refunds and refunded credit packs
Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple's refund process. Apple determines eligibility under its applicable rules, and HustlIQ cannot guarantee approval. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. When a credit-pack refund is verified, remaining unused credits attributable to that purchase may be removed. Spent credits do not create a negative balance, credits from unrelated purchases are not removed, and previously generated output is not removed solely because related credits were spent before the refund. Uncertain transaction events require reconciliation.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation
You can initiate deletion through Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: deleting a HustlIQ account does not automatically cancel Apple billing. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through Apple when needed. The Privacy Policy explains removal of account information and limited retention for necessary transaction, security, or legal purposes. Contact support if the deletion process encounters a problem.
Apple application license and consumer rights
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the iOS application's license. These Terms cover the HustlIQ service and do not replace the Apple standard license or remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Nothing here guarantees a store refund, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or claims worldwide legal or platform approval.
Changes and contact
We identify changes using the effective date, last-updated date, and version, and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not remove existing founding promises or valid purchase rights retrospectively. Send questions about these Terms to support@hustleiq.ai.
